The Kennel Manager is responsible for supervision of the daycare and boarding operations and crew duty assignments within their area of specialty. Additionally, they are responsible for training new Kennel Crew Members and monitoring performance to ensure proper procedures are followed. The Kennel Manager reports to the General Manager.

The Front Desk Crew is responsible for customer service, reservations, retail inventory, processing invoices & payments, processing check ins and administrative duties in support of these functions. Additionally, they are responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the reception/retail area. The Front Desk Crew Receptionist reports to the General Manager or the Front Desk Crew Lead in the event the General Manager is not available.

The kennel crew is responsible for the supervision, control, and management of daycare pets and ensuring the safety of the playgroup. The kennel crew will also be assigned care of other animals boarding at the facility, Additionally, the kennel crew is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the playrooms, play yards, as well as other areas of the facility as assigned. The kennel crew works under the supervision of the kennel manager and reports to the kennel manager.
