Resort Manager

The Resort Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel. This position consistently provides support to team members and promotes a professional and caring image of The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel through high work standards and ensures the safety and wellbeing of all pet guests cared for by The Ark. The Resort Manager should exhibit a friendly, welcoming environment for all guests and employees.

Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing front desk services, including client interactions, clerical and cashier duties, and handling phone inquiries. The role also involves communicating with customers to ensure the health and well-being of guests (animals) at The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel. The position provides essential support to team members while promoting a professional and caring image of The Ark through high work standards.

Pet Care Specialist

The Pet Care Specialist provides care for our guests (dogs and cats) enjoying daycare, day stay or overnight stay at The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel. Collaborates with team members to promote a professional and caring image of The Ark through high work standards.

Groomer

The Groomer provides grooming, bathing and salon services as requested by the client. Provides support to team members and promotes a professional and caring image of The Ark through high work standards.

Bather

The Bather gives baths and brushes dogs in preparation for grooming or leaving the facility. Provides support to team members and promotes a professional and caring image of The Ark through high work standards.
